Marcella Silva is an experienced public speaker and consultant with an unusual focus. Marcella was born and raised in the rural mountains of northern New Mexico. Her parents outfitted hunting trips in the nearby mountains, shared their love of the land with clients and family, and used their profits to assemble a large estate. In 2003 Marcella earned a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of New Mexico. Her impressive intelligence and drive earned her collegiate achievements and immediate recruitment as a software engineer by Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore.

Frustrated with her 401(k) increasing only when she contributed to it, Marcella remembered her parents’ land investment success. In 2007 she sought real estate investments that would provide the wealth and security she wanted in her retirement. She retired from the lab in 2008 and became a Certified Velur Land Banking Consultant, so she could offer others the investment strategy she’d found.
