Alysia Clements started Colorado Furnished Rentals with her mom when she was 18 years old. They started with one Airbnb in the walkout basement of her parent’s home. They quickly expanded in a year and a half, from one Airbnb to thirty Airbnbs in Northern CO. Colorado Furnished Rentals provides fully furnished, month-to-month rentals for people who are relocating to the area. They call it a “Live Like a Local” program, where individuals and families can try living in a city before purchasing their dream home. Alysia and her mom Nicole, are also licensed Realtors and help their relocation guests find the perfect home that fits their needs. Alysia was raised around real estate her whole life and has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. She finished high school at 15 and went straight into college to obtain a Computer Science degree. While taking college classes, Alysia won a ticket to the Elevator Bootcamp conference in Hollywood, CA. At this event, she saw the speakers Ed Mylett and Lewis Howes. This was the first time she was introduced to the concepts of being a business owner and it motivated her to start her own business. When she arrived home from the event, she dropped out of college to pursue a career in real estate and in two years, this mother/daughter team built a 6 figure a month business. Now at 21, Alysia is venturing into the public speaking world, where she is being equipped to go out and motivate young individuals to become entrepreneurs. Her mission is to show others that college isn’t the only way to success and to help them succeed in health, wealth and relationships. She has a heart for coaching and mentoring young individuals and wants to reach as many people as possible. She hopes that her story will help inspire people to take action and go after their dreams. To work hard and stay consistent. She wants to deliver the message that success is possible at any age. You’re never too young or old to start.
